Bislab builds AI-native products for credit assessment, risk analysis, and fraud detection — and is scaling fast.

We’re looking for a Senior/Principal Software Engineer (AI) to take technical ownership of one of Bislab’s most important growth bets going forward.

About the role

This role is for someone who enjoys ownership, pace, and high impact.

You’ll work closely with the CPO/CTO and customers to shape the product — and build solutions that are already live with large Nordic companies.

Tech / stack

• Python
• Azure
• Foundation model providers (Google, Anthropic, OpenAI)

You will work on

• Designing and implementing the AI product portfolio for agentic risk management (building on an existing production system)
• Building data pipelines for alternative data — including LLM-based ingestion flows for unstructured data
• Implementing robust security solutions for handling sensitive data
• Working closely with customers and leadership to land the “right product”, not just the “right model”

We believe you have

• Experience with async programming and/or distributed systems
• Strong engineering instincts (production, quality, security)
• A desire to own an area and influence direction — not just deliver tickets
• Interest in practical AI/LLM (production, pipelines, observability, cost/latency trade-offs)
