The Role
As a Technology Advisor at Novanet, you’ll work closely with clients to align business needs and technology choices. You’ll help teams and leaders move from uncertainty to clarity — defining direction, improving collaboration, and ensuring successful delivery.
You’ll be a great fit if you:
- Have experience in software development, leadership, or technology advisory
- Have worked in or close to cross-functional technology teams
- Create clarity, direction, and momentum in complex projects
- Have experience as a Tech Lead, Team Lead, Project Manager, Product Manager, Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Architect
- Enjoy facilitating collaboration across technology, product, and organization
- Communicate clearly and confidently in client-facing settings
- Are self-driven, structured, and comfortable engaging with both development teams and executives
